VDSL2 IP DSLAM Description: |
|
| Versa Technologies VDSL2 (Very High Speed Digital Subscriber Line 2, standardized as ITU G.993.2) network solution provides access technology for deployments from Central Offices, Fiber Fed Cabinets, and MDU/MTU buildings such as Condos and Hotels. Using existing twisted pair wiring, Versa Technologies VDSL2 network solution, is able to deliver up to 200Mbps of broadband connection longer then ever over standard twisted pair copper. Versa Technology’s VDSL2 solution allows for HDTV to be transmitted over twisted pair copper long enough to satisfy even the largest MDU/MTU situation and it can reach long enough to provide Internet Service Providers with a solution for Data and Voice to all of its current subscribers and beyond.
Versa Technologies VDSL2 solution is the best choice for service providers looking to supply the ultimate Triple Play solution of HDTV, voice and data with out the trouble and cost of laying new lines. ITU-T G.993.2 (VDSL2) is an enhancement to G.993.1 (VDSL) that permits the transmission of asymmetric and symmetric (Full-Duplex) aggregate data rates up to 200Mbps on twisted pair copper using a bandwidth up to 30 MHz. It is also up to 8x faster then ADSL2+ over shorter distances. With the ability to provide a 24 Port DSLAM for your network, Versa Technology makes sure you get the most cost effective solution not only for you but your customers as well.
Not only does the VX-MD3024 allows you to extend your network with high speeds over regular twisted copper pair, but it also has great features built in like Spanning Tree Protocol (802.1d), VLAN (802.1Q) and QoS (802.1p). It also provides both Fiber and GigE uplink ports to meet all of you bandwidth needs. With these features in mind you know you can roll out large deployments with ease and reliability.
