Versa Technology will only accept product returns only if a RMA number has been issued to the returned product. Any products returned to Versa Technology without an authorized RMA number will be sent back to the customer with the shipping charge billed to the customer in question. No Product may be returned directly to Versa Technology without first contacting Versa Technology for a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. If it is determined that the Product may be defective, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for Product return. Your original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping your Product.

To request an RMA, please download, fill out and submit the following RMA form. Please provide information on the product model, serial number of the product and a short description of the issues or defects found.

Additionally, please note: All Return Materials must be clearly marked with their RMA# written visibly on the outside of the parcels.

If your purchases were made through our resellers please contact your reseller for a RMA number that needs to be issued.
